Welcome to Tête de Bulle's exclusive winemaker interview with Rollin Soles of ROCO Winery, in Oregon's Willamette Valley.
Wine Enthusiast just named ROCO Winery’s ROCO 2013 RMS 10-Year Delayed Disgorgement Brut #1 of the top 100 wines in the world.
Pioneering Soles built Oregon’s bubbles-only Argyle Winery in 1987. In 2001, Soles and wife/partner Corby Stonebreaker-Soles founded ROCO Winery in the Dundee Hills AVA. In 2021, Italian-based Santa Margherita USA acquired majority ownership of ROCO Winery, their first international acquisition.
In this exclusive TdB interview, Rollin talks about what makes his ROCO 2013 RMS 10-Year Delayed Disgorgement so special…
Plus, why Oregon’s Willamette Valley crafts perhaps the most compelling sparkling wines beyond Champagne.
Heartfelt thanks to Rollin for taking the time to share his thoughts.
